  Awful food....seriously crap. Waited an hour for Chicken Picatta that was crispy, fried, greasy chicken. Wife's salad came out wrong, and kids Mac n cheese tasted like vomit

  Worst experience ever tonight at Bertucci's in Warrington. Placed an online order for pick up at 4:30, son in law went to pick it up at 5:30, waited another 15 minutes and was handed the order. He called home and went over everything; the order was missing an entree and two appetizers. He went back into the restaurant and the games began. The restaurant was at normal capacity, not overcrowded and no lines waiting to be seated or to receive orders. The surly takeout clerk looked over the order, acknowledged the error and disappeared. Fifteen minutes later a cook came out of the kitchen and said "There will be a 30 minute wait for orders." More people came in to pick up and more orders were wrong. The girls (who conveniently did not wear a name tag), kept disappearing each time she heard a complaint, but no food was forthcoming. After an hour (at 6:30PM) I tried to call the restaurant to speak to a manager. I was rudely told the kitchen was "backed up", and the manager was "busy". Asked what was being done about fixing our order and was told she didn't know. Asked for a manager to call me and am still waiting two hours later. Asked the girl for her name and she hung up on me. We told my son in law to just come home with whatever food he had managed to get, which by this time was cold. Except for the tiramisu, which was melted. Chicken in the pasta dish was fried, not grilled, goat cheese was on the salad for the person who had checked the "no cheese" box on the order, there was no marinara, no dressing for the Chicken Caesar salad, and on and on. In short every item in the order had something wrong with it.
  Terribly upsetting and disappointing for what was supposed to be a carefree dinner with family in from out of town.
  I will be calling American Express and disputing the charge, as we will not be paying for this poor excuse of a meal. Bad food, poorly presented, served by a staff who obviously could not care less, and management that apparently trains them very poorly. We will not be ordering from Bertucci's again.
